HALI-X is an in-depth and iterative learning experience. Senior leaders go through a journey of inquiry and self-discovery through in-person sessions enhanced by online learning. When a company holds seats in HALI it triggers a series of actions by the Alliance to ensure each participant has a powerful experience. Some of these actions have non-refundable expenses associated with them. If a member company reduces the number of seats in an upcoming HALI cohort:
3 months or more prior to launch: 100% refund.
Up to 3 months prior to launch: 50% credit toward seat(s) in a future HALI cohort.
Day of launch or after: No refund.

Part of HALI’s “secret sauce” is peer-to-peer learning and interaction. As a result, participants are expected to attend all sessions. However, on the rare occasion that a participant must miss a session due to illness or emergency:
Participants will be expected to attend a makeup session offered by faculty at a mutually convenient time typically on Zoom or by phone. Participants will be charged for faculty time (the amount will vary by session depending on time required).
Participants will be asked to pay the Food & Lodging fee for the missed session. We contract with the venue for hotel rooms and meeting space several months in advance of the program launch and are committed to pay for this space even in the event of last-minute cancellations.
