The certificate is a fast-paced 12-week online experience offered multiple times a year. It is designed for high-performing, high-potential leaders ready for the next level of responsibility. Participants advance their leadership skills and gain practices to lead and engage their teams.

HAL-C is a personal, profound, and intensely practical leadership experience.

The 12-week process is built around a 2 x 2 weekly cadence. Each week begins with two hours of online pre-work drawing inspiration from Higher Ambition leaders. This is followed by a two-hour workshop where leaders work in virtual teams to internalize the new concepts and complete their assignments.
