Mike Barkley is a member of the Higher Ambition Leadership Alliance Board, former CEO of KIND Snacks, former President of Boulder Brands, and former CMO of Pinnacle Foods. Barkley’s work centers around purpose-driven leadership and focuses on driving transformational change and value creation among high-performance teams and organizations across a wide range of categories and business situations.

Barkley is a visionary leader with an impressive track record at a variety of food and beverage consumer packaged goods companies, including Pinnacle Foods, Campbell Soup Company, and PepsiCo where he focused on leading business strategy, demand creation, and commercial operations. 

He currently resides in New Hope, Pennsylvania.
