Over 3 months, participants meet for 6 virtual sessions (90 min each), gaining tools and practices to apply immediately with their teams between sessions.

Average time investment per week: 2 hours

Virtual Session Weeks: 30 minutes prep, 90-minute session

Peer Coaching Weeks: 90 minutes of homework, 30-minute coaching session
