Emma Brink

Chief Operating Officer, Center for Higher Ambition

Emma Brink is COO for the Center for Higher Ambition Leadership Europe and placed at the division of Entrepreneurship and Strategy at the Chalmers University of Technology. She has a background in Journalism and Communication, Humanities, and Social Science. Emma has experience both from the Private sector as editor in chief and journalist, and the Public sector working with mainly Public Relations, vision implementation, and as project manager and educator in media training. 

Emma has worked at Chalmers University of Technology since 2011 with Strategic development, Sustainability and Vision implementation, Project leading, research coordination of mainly Civil Engineering and Architecture, and as a Relationship Manager for Chalmers strategic agreements. She joined the team at Center for Higher Ambition Leadership Europe in April 2017.

At the Center for Higher Ambition Europe, in addition to being the manager of the center, Emma’s responsibility is the partnership agreements. She is also the manager of the Entrepreneurial Leadership Lab (ELL) which enables partner firms to innovate, learn, and rethink together with faculty and students. In one-year partnerships linked to the lab, two students take on a more disruptive innovation project as their thesis work. ELL is connected to the Chalmers School of Entrepreneurship.
