Julian is co-leader of The Alliance’s Operations Leaders’ Working Group and contributes to The Alliance through multiple additional leadership initiatives, including knowledge development and relationship development with member companies. For more than 30 years, Julian has helped leaders of public and private companies transform and elevate performance through enhanced strategic alignment, organizational effectiveness, and strategic capability building. He is a former Senior Partner and Director with McKinsey & Company.
In addition to advising CEOs and boards of directors in the US, Europe, and Asia, Julian has led multiple corporate turnarounds and helped industrial companies expand their global footprint. He is a former senior advisor to leading private equity firms on corporate governance and performance transformation, enabling them to reorganize and drive value across their investment portfolios. Julian is a certified executive coach, with a passion for coaching and mentoring senior executives dealing with rapid change and striving to reach a higher performance ambition.
Julian and his wife Kimberly divide their time between Melbourne, Australia, and Naples, Florida.
