Johanna E. Pregmark, PHD

Deputy Director, Center for Higher Ambition and Partner, Trupoint innovation in management

Johanna E. Pregmark has a Ph.D. from Chalmers University of Technology. Her research is focused on organizational transformation, disruption, and innovation. Apart from working with action research issues in transforming industries, she is deputy director of Center for Higher Ambition (Europe) and a Corporate Entrepreneurship Master Education at Chalmers School of Entrepreneurship. She is also a partner at Truepoint IM. Truepoint IM is a research-based international boutique consultancy with roots in Boston, primarily supporting top management teams in their strategic efforts.

Johanna has worked as a management consultant for 20 years. Before working in her current roles, she was partner and head of business area “Transformation” at a major Swedish consultancy firm. She was also part of forming an international alliance of consultancy firms (with firms from Sweden, France, Italy, Germany, and Great Britain, with transformation and renewal as focus. In addition to her management consulting experience, she also has experience from her time in the advertising industry. During the years 2008-2011, she worked as CEO of a Swedish advertisement agency. She is also a frequently hired keynote speaker, around topics such as change, transformation, innovation, and adaptive organizations.

She lives in Gothenburg with her husband and two kids. In her spare time, she enjoys food and wine, luckily in combination with enjoying running, skiing, and golf.
