Dr. Douglas A. Wilson is an Executive Fellow at the Center and the CEO of Next Solutions, Inc. The CEO Leadership Alliance-Orange County is composed of the largest and most influential companies in Orange County who are working together to help build a thriving OC for all. As a leader in facilitating the development of purpose-driven companies, Wilson has worked with a variety of industries and has focused particularly on the alignment between purpose, strategy, and execution.
